Takes just a few minutes prep and make minute rice later and supper is ready in a jiffy! Takes just a few minutes prep and make minute rice later and supper is ready in a jiffy!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Salt
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 large Onions, raw
    .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    48 oz Pork Chops, Boneless (each chop abt 5oz)
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 tbsp Heinz Distilled White Vinegar (by ASMECH)
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Brown chops in oil and place in warmed crockpot. Cover with sliced onion and bell pepper (if usiing). Mix rest of ingredients into a sauce and pour over chops. Cook about 6-8 hrs on LOW or 3-4 hrs on HIGH.

This is good served with rice or mashed potatoes.

Serving Size: 1 chop (about 5oz) with sauce
