    2.75 lbs Boneless Pork Chops (8 chops)
    2 Tablespoons olive oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large bell pepper, sliced
    2 sm cans tomato sauce (about 2 cups)
    1/4 cup stevia in a bag (you can use sugar or brown sugar)
    2 tablespoons vinegar (your choice of white or cider)
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce


Brown chops in oil and place in warmed crockpot. Cover with sliced onion and bell pepper. Mix rest of ingredients into a sauce and pour over chops. Cook about 6-8 hrs on LOW or 3-4 hrs on HIGH.

This is good served with rice or mashed potatoes.

Serving Size: 1 chop (about 5oz) with sauce
