    Zucchini, 567 grams (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)

Directions

Dice zucchini and onion, saute in oil and cover. Simmer until soft, mash with minced jalapeno and remaining ingredients and serve hot.
