Number of Servings: 40


    1/3 cup of dry unsweetened cocoa
    3/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cup of peanut butter
    1 1/2 cup of raisons
    3 cups of old fashioned oatmeal


Heat over medium heat the cocoa and maples syrup or honey, stirring constantly for about 3-5 min. Mainly to dissolve the ingredients. Turn down the heat if it starts to boil.
Take pan off the heat and stir in each of the following ingredients one at a time:
Vanilla Extract
Peanut Butter
Spoon out with tablespoon onto wax paper and allow to cool. Then roll into balls and refrigerate.
If you end up with 40 they have 116 calories each. I usually eat 2 for breakfast and the hold me well until lunchtime.

Serving Size: makes 40-60 tablespoon sized balls
