Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
Spinach, frozen, .5 package
Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup
Onions, raw, .25 medium diced
minced Garlic, 3 tsp
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole diced
*Kroger Wheat Saltines, 2 serving crushed
*Cavatappi, 8 oz
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Parmesean Cheese, 3 serving shredded
*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup
Directions
Crush saltines mix with grated parm cheese and your choice of seasonings (I use misses dash garlic and herb)
slice chicken breast into three thin pieces season (your choice) coat in olive oil and cover in saltine cheese mixture place on foil covered pan place in 375 oven for 12 min on each side. Meanwhile boil water add cavatappi boil for 10-12 min when almost done add frozen spinach. combine diced tomatoes onions garlic and spaghetti sauce, you can blend for thinner sauce simmer drain pasta/spinach add to sauce, stir. (reserve 1/4 cup of sauce on side) place pasta on plate top with chicken place a lil sauce on top add about a tbsp of shredded parm cheese on top.
