Number of Servings: 4


    8 oz uncooked cavatappi or elbow macaroni
    1/2 lb bulk italian sausage
    6-7 medium Italian plum tomatoes
    1 cup whipping cream
    2 oz shredded fresh parmesan cheese
    Italian Sesonings


Cook noodles as directed on package, drain and add as much italian seasoning as you would like.

Meanwhile brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain and return to skillet

Add tomatoes, cream and noodles to sausage. Gently stir to mix. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring freaquently. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

Makes 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings
