Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 to 1 lb macaroni cooked almost done
    1 lb hamburger or sausage or both
    2 Anaheim peppers turning red seeded and sliced
    2 red Jalapenos or green ones seeded and sliced
    1 pkt taco seasoning
    1 Tblespoon cumin or fresh cilantro chopped
    1 large can dice tomatoes or more as desired
    1 Zucchini diced
    1 large diced onion
    Black pepper seasonal as needed or other such seasoning
    Hot V8 juice extra liquid as needed
    1 large diced onion sautéed
    6-8 large cloves garlic rough chop large pieces
    Franks hot sauce as desired

Directions

Brown hamburger,add onions cook until softened.ad zucchini and peppers and remaining ingredients
Cook until heated through add to macaroni heat and serve sprinkle with grated Monteray jack cheese
