    -1 Bosc Pear, cored and diced (166g)
    - 1 cup Raspberries Frozen or fresh (140g)
    -1.25 cups diced Cantaloupe (175 grams)
    -1.5 cups water
    -1 serving Vanilla Whey Protein (serving size depends upon brand; this recipe is calculated using Body Fortress Brand)


Combine fruit in blender with water. Blend in 1 serving Whey Protein powder. Divide into 3 equal portions. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour.
