    16 oz Garden Rotini Pasta
    2 chopped hard boiled eggs
    1 small onion chopped
    2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
    2 Tbsp Kraft Light Miracle Whip
    2 tsp Honey Mustard
    4 oz low moisture part skim cheese
    1 cup of thawed frozen corn kernels
    dash of Season All, Garlic Powder and pepper


Bring 4 qts of water to boil; add pasta; bring to boil again and cook for 7-10 mins until done. Drain pasta. At same time boil 2 eggs for 10 mins; pour hot water off and run cold water over eggs to cool. Chop onions, cheese and eggs thaw corn kernels in warm water and add to cooked pasta. Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, sweet relish and seasonings together and mix with pasta mixture. May add more mayonnaise and mustard if desired. plus some of the sweet relish juice. Chill in refrigerator. Each serving 1/2 cup.
