    4 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 cup chopped scallions
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 oz toasted sesame seeds
    ichiban noodles, broken over top of salad


toss together cabbage and scallions. Mix together canola, sugar, lemon juice until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss well. Add toasted sesame seeds and toss again. When serving, crunch up some ichiban noodles over top
