Ingredients

    1 c unbleached white flour
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    2 tsp sugar
    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    3 to 4 Tbs cold water

Directions

Mix firsst 3 ingredients, cut in butter, add cold water. Should be soft formed ball not sticky. Ref to make easy to work with, roll out into pie crust.

Serving Size: Makes 1-8 or 9 inch pie crust, 1/8 pieces=serving
