    1 lb. ground beef cooked and drained
    8 10 inch tortilla shells
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    2 t. italian seasoning
    1 t. cumin seed
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    8 t. of margarine


Pour picante sauce, italian seasoning, and cumin into the cooked ground beef mixture. Mix together and simmer for 5 minutes. Spread 1 t. of margarine on one side of the tortilla shell. Put 1/4 c. mixture into the middle of the shell. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and fold tortilla shell 4 ways, fold side down. Repeat 8 times. Placing each one in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 475 for 15 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream (not in the calories listed above)
