Ingredients

    *80 grams peanut butter
    *5 scoops of chocolate protein powder
    *90 grams oats
    *30 grams ground flaxseed
    *1 tsp coca powder
    *33 whole almond kernels
    *1 tbsp of honey
    *150 ml of water

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients together, add water and stir by your hands until none of the ingredient gets dry. Stick into the mixture almonds. Form a block in the plastic box or on a backing sheet and put into your fridge for the next 1.5-2 hours. After this time cut the block into ca 11 bars. Enjoy it! :)
