Ingredients

    polenta
    can of diced tomatoes
    1/4c cheese shredded
    onion/garlic

Directions

makes 6 servings
boil 2 cups of water,add polenta
pour polenta out in pan to cool, cut into pieces and lay half in the bottom of a pan, add half of the tomatoes, put on other layer of polent and top ith rest of tomatoes and cheese, bake at 325 for 30 minute or until heated through.
