    4 cups fat free milk
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup milk'
    grated nutmeg


Combine 4 cups milk, rice and sugar in crockpot. Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours until creamy. Add 1/2 cup milk and eggs and vanilla. Cook 30 min more. Pour into 4 dishes, sprinkle with nutmeg and chill. Makes 4 servings
