Number of Servings: 10


    - 1 cup flour
    - 1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    - 1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    - 1/2 cup plump Raisins
    - 1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla (or strawberry) Yogurt
    - 1/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    - 2 Tbsp canole or Vegetable Oil


Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly oil muffin tins OR use paper liners.
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients (oil, yogurt, egg)
3. Add wet to dry ingredients, stirring until blended.
4. Divide among 10 muffins in tin and bake for 20-24 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: makes 10 muffins in standard muffin tin
