    chicken broth
    olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste


Cut pork chops into bite size pieces.
Saute onions in olive oil over medium heat until tender.
Add pork and cook till done
add mushrooms
Add flour to sour cream
Stir until four is evenly distributed.
Add chicken broth
pour into pork mixture.
Stir till thickened and bubbley

Add salt and pepper to taste

Serve over rice or noodles

Serving Size: makes six one cup servings (approx)
