    6 ounces water-packed tuna, drained
    1 apple, chopped
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 miniature Romain lettuce, ripped into bite-sized pieces -OR- some frozen spinach
    1 Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
    3 ounces natural live yogurt
    2 tsp lemon juice
    sea salt
    black pepper


Drain the tuna and mix well with the apple, celery, lettuce or spinach, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and season to taste.

Serving Size: makes about 4 servings
