Ingredients

    *Portobello Mushroom Cap, Gigantic: 4 oz
    *Crab Classic 3 Imitation Crab Meat 1 cup
    Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields
    *Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Soy Sauce - La Choy, 1 tbsp
    *Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion Powder, 1 serving
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

4oz - Gigantic Portobello Cap - add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion and garlic powder - grill about 6-10 minutes (I use my Foreman grill)

Chop: Spinach and scallions

In a bowl add, Imitation Crab, chopped garlic, scallions, and spinach. Stir in light sour cream, mayo, and lemon.

Salt and pepper as desired.

Serving Size: 1 serving - large portion
