    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup
    Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 1 cup
    Splenda, 1/2 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp
    Sunflower Seed Butter, 2 tbsp
    Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip, 1/3 cup
    parchment paper lined cookie sheet


1. Preheat on the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ground flax and 3 tablespoons of water. Add Splenda, baking powder, sunflower butter, and vanilla.
3. Add the rice cereal, the whole oats, cinnamon, and chocolate chip minis.
4. Stir until well combined.
5. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment paper lined baking tray. I kind of smash them together.
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
7. Cool completely before removing.

Serving Size: makes 12 cookies, 1 cookie = 1 serving
