    * Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium
    * Green Bell Pepper Medum Raw, .5 serving
    * Green Tomatoes, 1 medium
    * *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields
    * Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (varies according to
    * 6 Green Tea Bags
    * 1 Cup Boiling Water
    * Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper (to taste)


Peel, seed and cut into quarters the Cucumber
Seed and quarer the Green Bell Pepper
Halve and seed the Green Tomato
Juice the Lemon (only half required)

In a food processor or blender, mix the cucumber, bell pepper and tomato until smooth.
Brew the green tea in the boiling water, let stand for 2-3 minutes and strain. Add lemon juice.
Pour the tea and vegetable puree into a glass bowl, add salt, pepper and tabasco sauce, to taste.
If the mixture isn't cold, set the soup in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
