This is a healthy and quick four ingredient recipe that is sure to be used again and again.

Ingredients

    16 Ounces fresh salmon (4-4ounce steaks)
    2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
    1/4 Cup orange juice
    1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

While the oven preheats, in a small bowl combine the brown sugar, vinegar and orange juice. Stir well then pour into a 1 gallon zip lock bag, add the salmon and close the bag. Turn over to coat the salmon and leave it to marinate until the oven preheats.

When the oven is ready place the salmon on a cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and drizzle the marinade sauce over the salmon.

Cook salmon for about 20 minutes or until it flakes easily. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 4-4 ounce servings.
