This is recipe I got from my mother This is recipe I got from my mother
Number of Servings: 5


    1 T Olive Oil
    248 g Lean Pork Loin
    1 small Onion,
    1 or 2 cloves of Garlic
    1/2 T NoSalt Salt Substitute
    1/4 t Pepper
    1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes (no salt added) or use fresh Tomatoes
    1 cup Rice
    2 cups Water
    2 T Tomato Paste
    1/2 t Basil
    Dash of Thyme
    1 T GEFRO Soup Base


in large skillet heat oil and cook meat cut into bite sized pieces, add chopped Onion and crushed Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Tomatoes and Tomato Paste stir to combine
add Rice and Water, Basil, Thyme and the Soup Base, stir to mix up, bring to a boil
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until Rice is done and water is absorbed.

Serving Size: 5 servings of about 250 g each
