Introduction

Delicious side dish for fish or chicken. Delicious side dish for fish or chicken.

Ingredients

    One apple, julienned with peel.
    One orange, segmented and chopped
    1/2 sweet onion (Videlia)
    One medim carrot, scrubbed and julienned.
    4 prunes, chopped fine
    2 Tablespoons Blue Cheese or Roquefort Dressing
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts


Directions

Mix everything in a medium mixing bowl. If you can't julienne the apple and carrot, just chop them up. Serve.
