Introduction

Great topping when broiling fish, chicken, vegetables, or pasta. Great topping when broiling fish, chicken, vegetables, or pasta.

Ingredients

    Per Serving:
    2 tbsp Panko Break Crumbs
    1/2 tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil
    1 tsbp Scallion, sliced thin
    1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce, reduced sodium
    1/4 tsp Borsari Seasoned Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix. Top desired food and broil till crispy.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving, enough to top a 6oz portion.
