Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 C cooked rice (white or brown)
    1 C chopped broccoli
    1 TB butter
    1/4 c water
    3 TB grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Steam or blanch the broccoli until just fork-tender.
2. In a small saucepan, reheat the cooked rice with water and butter.
3. Add broccoli and Parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy and heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/3 C servings
