    1 small banana
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    .25 cup tart cherry juice (I use organic) pure juice You may use more if you need to
    .25 Dannon all natural plain yogurt. I usually use non fat but bought the wrong one this time!
    1/2 cup ice


pour cherry juice into blender add yogurt and ice. Blend for about 30 seconds to chop up ice if you need to. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Pour into glass and drink.

Serving Size: makes about 1.5 cups
