Ingredients

    Plain flour Sainsbury's Basics, 300 gram(s)
    Flora sunflower margarine 130 gram(s)
    Water, tap, 50 mL
    Herbs Thyme fresh or dried 1 tsp

Directions

Mix together Thyme, flour & fat in food processor until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add water and mix till it comes together. knead by hand for a minute or two. Rest wrapped in foil or cling film in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Roll out to required shape and thickness.

Serving Size: Makes 6 large pasties, 1 small and medium quiche
