    2 cups rhubarb, sliced into small chunks
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 tbsp flour
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 cup softened butter


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix rhubarb, strawberries, 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 tbsp flour.

Spray a 9x9 baking dish with vegetable oil spray. Pour the rhubarb mixture into the dish.

In another bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar and oats. Cut the butter in and combine with a pastry blender (or 2 knives or your fingers) until the flour mixture is crumbly. Top the rhubarb mixture with the crumbs and spread evenly over.

Put in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
