    16oz cream cheese
    2 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
    4 tbsp DaVinci SF Kahlua Syrup
    1/2 c sweetener (used Somersweet)
    1 pkt Knox gelatin
    1 cup boiling water

    4oz pecans, crushed
    3 tbsp butter
    1 tsp Somersweet
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


Crust: grind 4 oz pecans in food processor. Add 3 tbsp softened butter, 1 tsp Somersweet and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon. Press in bottom of pie plate.

Mix 2 8oz packages cream cheese with 2 tbsp Ricotta Cheese. Set aside.

Mix 4 tbsp DaVinci Kahlua SF Syrup, 1/2 c somersweet, 1 packet Knox Gelatin. Slowly add 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve.

Add gelatin mixture to cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly, scrape down sides.

Pour this mixture over the pie crust. Place in refrigerator for minimum 2 hours. Divide into 8 servings.
