Introduction

Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (canned) 1 16 oz can
    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1 can
    Onion Vidalia raw med onion, 1 whole, chopped
    Lemon Juice, 1 tsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large slightly beaten
    Original Spike Seasoning, .5 tsp
    Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay), 0.25 tsp

Directions

Remove salmon and drain liquid through filter (reserve). Remove bones and skin, flake. Add bread crumbs, soup, egg and other ingrediants, icluding reserved liquid.

Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. Add mixture to pan. Bake at 375 for one hour in loaf pan.

Serving Size: Makes 8 loaf slices
