    1 16 ounce can refried beans
    1 10 ounce can chunk white chicken
    8 8" flour tortilla
    1 10 ounce can enchilada sauce
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup light sour cream


Combine refried beans and chicken in a bowl. Place 1/2 cup of bean mixture in a long single row on a tortilla. Roll up and place in 9 X 13 inch pan. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve enchiladas with light sour cream.
