Introduction
Low-Carb (only 4 net carbs!) 'pudding'. Swap out the blueberries and add in nut butter, coconut, or other mix-ins! Can also put a bit of cream on top! Ingredients

1/4 C flax meal (ground flax seed)
1/4 C water
1 egg
1/4 blueberries
Directions
Whisk together flax meal, water, and egg. Heat over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking/burning. Mix in blueberries and continue to heat until thick, another 2-3 minutes.
Eat warm. Top with cream or nuts, if desired.
