    Cream of Chicken (1 can)
    Salsa (1 cup)
    Boneless, Skinless Tenderloins (1 pkg)


Put everything together in a crock pot and mix with your choice of seasonings (you can use a taco packet but I find they are very salty).

Slow cook for 6-8 hours. Makes 10 servings. Save and freeze for another day!

For variety, add a vegetable such as corn, or black beans for more protein (not included in calorie calculation).
