    1lb Bacon
    1 Head Fresh Cauliflower (5-6" in diameter)
    2 Cups Chopped Lettuce
    2 1/2 Cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Small Stalk of Green Onion (Scallion)
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    2 Cups Kraft Miracle Whip (regular)
    3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese


Note: For crisp vegetables, I recommend you do not combine separate parts until time to serve.

Fry 1lb of bacon until crispy, allow to cool enough to touch, then crumble and set aside. Clean all vegetables. Break head of Cauliflower into small pieces. Chop lettuce. Chop green onions. Combine vegetables in separate container and set aside. Combine 2 Cups of Kraft Miracle Whip with 3/4 Cup of grated Parmesan Cheese and set aside. When ready to serve, combine all parts thoroughly. Enjoy!
