    Onions, Raw, Sliced -any thickness - 2 Large
    Flour (whole grain preffered, but any kind will work) - 1/2 Cup
    Garlic Powder -2 tbsp
    Coconut, Toasted - 4 oz
    Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, Black, 1 tbsp


Preheat Oven to: 325 deg. F

Slice onions into whatever thickness you'd like, I prefer mine thick as they hold better (and burn less). Set Aside.

In a large bowl or plastic bag, mix: flour, garlic, coconut, coconut oil, and pepper until well combined. Add 2-3 slices of onions at a time, coat well!!!

Place coated onions on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake about 5 minutes, flip, bake 5-7minutes more until lightly golden. Enjoy!
