    1 lb chicken breast (raw, boneless, skinless)
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 tbsp butter
    1 pkg Rice-a-Roni - Chicken Flavor


In large skillet, cook chicken breast in oil until no longer pink.

Remove chicken from skillet, then sauté rice mix in 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently.

Stir in 2-1/2 cups water, seasoning mix and cooked chicken; bring to boil.

Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
