Ingredients

    Tyson boneless skinless frozen chicken breast, only use 1 3/4 lbs from package
    2 (32 oz. cartons each) Swanson chicken broth
    Salt
    Pepper
    Amish style dry egg noodles, 1 pkg (16 oz)
    Half and half, 1/2 cup

Directions

In late evening, put frozen chicken pieces, salt, pepper, and chicken broth in crockpot with setting for 10 hours cooking time. Next morning, remove chicken and let cool. Add noodles to broth in crockpot and set on 4 hours or high cooking time. When cool enough to handle, cut or tear chicken into bite size pieces, and put in refrigerator. After about 3 hours, add chicken meat back to crockpot. When noodles are done, put crockpot on warm setting to keep warm until serving. Just before serving, add the half and half and stir in. Enjoy.
