    Quick Oats, oatmeal, 2 cup, put them threw the blender until oat flour
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tablespoons
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3 tbsp, mixed with 6 Tablespoons water
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp


Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix flax with water and set aside. Mix ww flour, oat flour, baking powder and baking soda, cinnamon. Set aside. Mash bananas, then mix in apple sauce, vanilla, and fax/water and brown sugar. Mix well. Mix the wet with the dry until well incorporated. Spray 30 muffin tins with baking spray and fill evenly. Bake about 15 or 20 minutes, until firm to the touch and tooth pick comes out clean.
