Eggs baked with Turkey Bacon Eggs baked with Turkey Bacon

    6 eggs
    1.5 cup egg whites
    1 package turkey bacon
    1/2 tsp chives
    1/2 tsp parsley
    1/2 tsp dill


Preheat oven to 350
Beat eggs, egg whites and herbs
Cut bacon into small pieces and brown in skillet
Place bacon on bottom of casserole dish and pour egg mixture over top
Bake at 340 for 20 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 10 2"x3"x1/2" pieces
