    1 c. splenda
    5 T whipped butter
    6 T light sour cream
    1/4 c. eggbeaters
    1 t, vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. nutmeg
    1/4 t baking soda
    2 T. splenda
    1 1/2 t. cocoa powder


Spray cookie sheet and set aside.
Beat splenda and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium to high speed for about 30 seconds. Add sour cream, vanilla, and eggbeaters. Beat until combined.

Combine flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and baking soda in small bowl. Gradually add flour to sour cream mixture beating until just combined. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.

Shape into 2 in. balls. Combine the 2 T. Splenda and cocoa powder. Roll balls in this mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cool on wire racks.
