    Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 2 cup (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Almonds, 1 cup, slivered (remove)
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 6 oz (remove)
    Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)


1. Combine quinoa, vegetable broth, carrots, celery, almonds, raisins, onion, salt, pepper, olive oil, and thyme in crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours.

2. Add sliced cherry tomatoes and feta cheese; stir to combine and serve warm. Serves 8.
