    1/2 cup low-fat blueberry fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt, such as Stonyfield Farm

    1 Tbsp chopped walnuts


Prepare oatmeal according to package directions, using low-fat milk instead of water. Stir in yogurt until well blended. Top with walnuts.
