    2/3 cup Butter, Coconut Oil, or some combo there-of ( I used 1 Stick Butter and made up the rest of the 2/3 cup with Coconut Oil)
    1 Cup Almond Flour
    1 Cup Coconut Flour
    1 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Chopped Pecans
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda


Grease a 13x9x3 pan. Melt Butter and/or Coconut Oil in a saucepan over medium heat with Brown Sugar, stirring continuously. It will get thick and turn into butterscotch. Once it is smooth, remove from burner and let cool a little. Add eggs one at a time stirring continuously. Add Vanilla extract. Mix Flours, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda. Add dry mix to sugar mix and pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle Chopped Pecans over top and bake @325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and put pan on cooling rack. ENJOY!
