    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 4 cup
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 4 cup kernels
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Green Beans (snap), 4 cup
    Tomatoes, diced, canned, no salt added


Saute onion, carrot, and garlic. Add broth and all veggies. Season with any and all herbs you like. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for at least an hour. Enjoy!!
