Ingredients

    1 Tbl BBQ Sauce
    1/2 cup chopped precooked chicken
    1 whole wheat pita
    1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
    2 Tbls diced cucumber
    1 Tls lowfat ranch dressing
    1 Tbl thinly sliced red onion

Directions

Stir together BBQ Sauce and chickenc. Microwave for 30 seconds or until hot. Stuff into each pita half. Ina bowl toss lettuce, cucumber, red onion and dressing. Stuff into pitas on top of chicken mix.
