Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Avocado (peeled and seeded)
    Grape tomatoes (chopped)
    Garlic (crushed)
    Lemon juice (fresh is best!)
    Nama Shoyu (just a tsp or so - to taste)

Directions

Mash avocado in a large bowl.
Add chopped grape tomatoes, crushed garlic, lemon juice and Nama Shoyu.
Blend lightly to maintain chunks of avocado.
Eat with salad, celery sticks - whatever!

Serving Size: 2 cups or so
