    1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
    1/4 cup fat-free half and half
    1 packet splenda


Place berries in a bowl. Pour fat-free half and half over the frozen berries. The half and half may freeze to the berries, coating them. That's okay. Then sprinkle the splenda packet over the mixture. You can either eat it just like that OR stir the splenda into the mixture.
