Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1 medium Onions, raw,chopped
    1 cup cooked Brown Rice, long grain
    6 cups Cabbage, fresh, shredded
    2 cups Crushed Tomato Puree
    1 cup Water,
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce,
    1 tsp Thyme, dried
    1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Directions

Brown meat in skillet with onion. Add thyme and lemon pepper. Stir in rice. In a small bowl, mix crushed tomato, water and worcestershire sauce. Layer 3 cups of cabbage in bottom of crock pot. Top with half of the tomato mixture. Place meat/rice mixture on top of cabbage. Add second layer of cabbage and top with remaining tomato mixture. Cook on high for 1 hour and reduce heat to low and cook 5-7 hours.
