    Chicken Breast, no skin, 15.5 ounces (remove)
    Hannaford Corn Flakes, 2 cups (remove)
    *buttermilk powder 4 tablespoons with water = cup of buttermilk, .05 serving (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *adobo goya, 0.25 tsp (remove)


Cut chicken into strips
Combine 2 TBSP powerdered buttermilk with 1/2 cup water
(You will only use approximately 5% of this when done)
Put 2 cups of cornflakes in a large baggie and crush
add salt, pepper and adobo and shake. Place chicken strips in buttermilk and let set 5 minutes. Put chicken strips into the cornflake crumbs and shake. Place chicken strips on a cookie cooling rack on a cookie sheet and spray strips with butter flavored Pam then flip them over and spray the other side. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.
