    500 g green beans, halved
    30 g hazelnuts
    0.5 iceberg lettuce
    2 tbsp fresh parsley


Roast hazelnuts in frying pan without oil
Toss beans in vinaigrette (optional) and place on top of the bed of lettuce.
Sprinkle hazelnuts and parsley over beans.

Also, optional to blanch the beans prior to serving (plunge beans into hot water until as dente). Personally, I like them fresh and crunchy.
